ORAL PRESENTATION
Instruction for Participant
General Guideline
- Participant are suggested to present their work in English
- Each participant will be given 10 minutes duration consist of 7 minutes presentation and 3 minutes discussion. All presenters should keep their time strictly.
- Participants are cautiously reminded to be aware of their schedule for presentation (date and time) along with its venue (room number).
Slide Instructions
- Presentation slides should be formatted in power point presentation (.pptx, .ppt)
- Presentation consist of maximum 8 slides to keep track of time.
- Presentation should be written using formal English language in all of its entirety.
- Clarity and quality of pictures used in the slides should be sufficient for scientific presentation.
- Following are quick summary of the guidelines to make an effective presentation :
- Keep to one idea per slide.
- Use phrases rather than complete sentences.
- Use only six to seven words per line, totalling no more than 40 characters.
- Use at least an 18-point font size.
- Simplify graphics and do not over-reduce artwork.
- Use easy-to-read colours, such as white or yellow on a blue background.
- Double check your message: It should be easily grasped in 30 to 40 seconds.
Submitting Files and Schedule
- Slides presentation file should be submitted to the committee via email (pit.lombok2025@gmail.com) by September 3rd 2025 23.59 WITA (UTC +8)
- Participant are not allowed to submit revision file or any file once session is started.
- Participant should be in the venue of presentation at least 15 minutes before schedule.
Important Note for Macintosh Users
In order to use MAC presentations on a PC compatible computer please note that participant need to prepare it according to the instructions below:
- Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (special fonts be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint based PC).
- Insert pictures as JPG files (and not TIF, PNG or PICT - these images will not be visible on a PowerPoint based PC).
- Any connectors or devices needed to support connectivity to a standard PC should be provided by participant him self.
INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
- Please prepare your poster according to these guidelines:
- You should bring your printed poster
- Poster should be written in English
- Poster size: A0 (841x1189 mm)
- Poster orientation: portrait

- Poster structure
- Research proposal: title, institution, background, objective, and material-methods
- Original research: title, institution, background, objective, methods, results and discussion
- Case report: title, institution, background, case description, discussion and conclusion
- The poster should be readable from at least 2 m distance
- Please underline the presenting author name.
- Please write affiliation of each author clearly.
- Please remember your poster number (e.g P-1, P-2 etc) and be aware of the schedule for presentation.
- When you arrive on-site, please attach your poster on the poster board at the Ballroom.
- The poster will be attached according to the schedule. Poster installation and jugding times for each session:
- Saturday morning: 08.00-12.00 WITA
- Saturday afternoon: 13.00-16.00 WITA
- Sunday morning: 08.00-12.00 WITA
- The committee will announce selected participants to present their poster to the jury, by email or text messages .
- The committee will select the winner from each category.

Call for Abstract
We cordially invite you to submit an abstract of original research, case report, and research proposal on all fields of Pathology and Cytology. Only original scientific material which has not been previously published or presented at a meeting will be accepted
Instruction for Abstract Submission

- Registration to the symposium is mandatory to be able to present the abstract.
- All submission must follow the instruction and advice on how to submit the manuscripts
- Each participants can only submit a maximum of 2 abstracts (as first author)
- The abstract must be written both in Bahasa and English language
- The abstract should be typed using Times New Roman font, single-spaced, formatted for A4 paper leaving margins of 2,5 cm (1 inch)
- Write your abstract in accordance to the Abstract Template
- Authors must submit their abstract to: https://bit.ly/pit_pdspa_mataram2025

- Please write : abstract_registration number (example : abstract_19-009-0026) in the subject of your email
- The comittee will decide abstract that meet requirement for oral and poster presentation
- Please notice and follow the deadline:
- Deadline for abstract submission: August 15th, 2025 23.59 WITA (UTC +8)
- Authors notified of acceptance : August 20th, 2025

Abstract For Original Research

- Abstract should be no more than 250 words, summarizing the problem being considered and how the study was performed under the following headings:
- Background: Address the background and rationale for the study
- Objective: State the precise objective or study question addressed
- Methods: Define the basic design, procedures, and/or setting in which the study was conducted
- Result and Discussion: Descript the result and the state argumentation
- Conclusion
- Keywords: Provides 3 to 5 words for indexing and type one space below the body of abstract Abstract for case report
- Abstract for case report should be no more than 250 words and contain the following headings:
- Background : State the significance of the issue and importance of the case(s)
- Case Description : Define the case(s) presented, pertinent attendant issues, histopathological features and ancillary testing if performed
- Discussion and conclusion: State the argumentation why the case is unique
- Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 words for indexing and type one space below the body of abstract
Abstract for Research Proposal

- The abstract should be no more than 250 words, summarizing the problem being considered and how the study was performed under the following headings:
- Background: Address the background and rationale for the study
- Objective: State the precise objective or study question addressed
- Methods: Define the basic design, procedures, and/or setting in which the study was conducted
